Booking and Cancellation Policies

 

A deposit equal to the first night’s room rate, plus taxes will be processed at the time of booking the reservation, and full payment is due thirty days prior to the arrival date. If a reservation is canceled within 14 days of booking, a $30.00 administration fee will be charged. If a reservation is canceled 14 days from booking, and 30 days outside the arrival date, the deposit of the first night’s room rate, plus taxes will be forfeited. If a cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date, the full payment will be forfeited. Cancellation insurance is recommended.

 

Security Policy:  A signed valid credit card pre-authorization will be required at regi-stration ($500.00 cash).  A $1,000.00 pre-authorization is required. Personal cheques are not accepted.  The pre-authorization will be voided within 10 days after departure (or cash returned 6 weeks after departure) pro-vided there is no damage, missing inventory, or telephone charges.

 

Age Policy:  Guests who check in must be at least 25 years of age. Any who are not 25 may not be permitted to check in and may be subject to a penalty up to and including full forfeiture of the amount of the reservation.

 

Customer Discretion:  A reservation is for a specified number of guests.  The Heffley Boutique Inn requires prior notification of any increase in the size of your party, which is not to exceed the maximum set by the HBI. We reserve the right to refuse or interrupt service to any customer. Additional person charge is $ 35.00 per night.

 

Kitchen Cleaning:  This service is not included in the room rate. Please clean dishes and stove and leave the cleaned dishes on the rack. There is a $ 25.00 deposit upon check in. It will not be refunded if the kitchen is not cleaned by the guest upon check out.
