By road, Sun Peaks Resort is a 45 minute drive North East of Kamloops. Follow Highway 5 (the Yellowhead Highway) north towards Jasper, 20 km to Heffley Creek. Turn right through Heffley Creek and follow Sun Peaks Road for 31 kms to Sun Peaks Resort.

By air, Kamloops Airport is serviced by Horizon Airlines / Alaska Airlines and Air Canada with regular connections from Seattle, Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton. 

By rail, Via Rail Canada and Rocky Mountain Rail Tours have regular stopovers in Kamloops. (Spring, Summer and Fall).
